Dr. Erhan Cahit Bahadır
Erhan Cahit Bahadır, who began his banking career in 1993, held marketing and branch management positions in the banking sector until the end of 2003.
Between 2004 and 2008, he served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Kipaş Holding, making significant contributions to the corporate restructuring and rapid growth of the group. During the same period, he pioneered a groundbreaking initiative in international finance by enabling Kipaş Holding to utilize the SERV (Swiss Export Risk Insurance) loan, the first of its kind in the world to be provided without collateral.
From 2008 onwards, he served as CFO at Çimko Cement, a joint venture between Sanko Holding and the Italian company Barbetti, for over four years; he led the institutionalization of financial management processes by establishing budget and financial control systems with SAP infrastructure within the company.

Since September 2020, through its own consulting firm, ECB Global, it has been providing consulting services to numerous domestic and international companies in the fields of capital markets, international finance, financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate finance. It possesses advanced knowledge and experience in capital market regulations, initial public offerings (IPOs), debt instruments, alternative financing models, and investor relations.
Erhan Cahit Bahadır received his undergraduate degree from the Middle East Technical University (METU) Faculty of Engineering, and completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Bahçeşehir University and his Doctorate in Financial Economics at Istanbul Commerce University. He holds a Capital Markets Activities Level 3 (SPL3) License and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate.
